Daily positive affirmations can help create a positive mindset.

Daily positive affirmations. I show myself and others love and compassion.

When I think of compassion, I think of a combination of kindness and love. It is a love that forgives, trusts, and gives to others from the heart.

Showing ourselves compassion is so helpful when we tend to judge ourselves. Learning not to judge takes time, and gentleness. It allows us to be more open, and to grow. I have been learning the value of self compassion for the last couple of years, and delved into the ideas of self compassion and self love when I was working with @wewearwellness in her coaching program last year.

Learning love and compassion for ourselves, especially if we have grown up with a lot of self doubt or self blame, can really serve to provide a beautiful mindset shift. I wish an experience like that for all of you.
