Daily Affirmation



Daily Affirmation: My life is filled with joy.


The more we train our minds to see the good in things, the more joy we experience in simple things in daily life.


You can rewire your brain for happiness using gratitude and daily affirmations, and working with your inner critic to break through limiting beliefs.


Your limiting beliefs are the negative thoughts you have about yourself that hold you back from reaching your full potential.


When you have a negative thought, you want to reprogram your mind with a positive thought that is the opposite.


For example, if you think to yourself, "I am not loveable." then, you would want to change that to "I am loveable."


You can even write these new positive messages down in your journal, and use them as your daily affirmations.


The more you say these new, positive messages to yourself, the less you will find yourself thinking about the negative, limiting beliefs.


It takes time and effort to become more positive, but it is something each one of us can do on a daily basis. The more you feed your mind with positivity, the happier your life will become.


You will begin to find joy and gratitude in even the simplest things about your day. A warm cup of coffee, your daily yoga practice, time spent with loved ones. All these will begin to warm your heart and bring you joy.


Learning to love yourself, and show compassion for yourself can help you to become the best version of you that you can be.
