Daily Affirmations: I am calm and focused. I am open to new opportunities. I am becoming the best version of myself.


Every morning, I start the day with yoga, so that I feel calm and focused. You can also do meditation, journal, take a walk, or just take a few minutes to go outside and soak up the sunshine.


Taking time for self-care first thing in the morning can help you focus on the day ahead, and feel centered in your body.


Once you are ready to go out into the world for the day, open your heart to new opportunities. Be mindfully aware of what is happening around you. This allows you to see opportunities coming your way.


We always have new opportunities for growth and change, we just don't always notice them. This is why it is important to feel centered and open first thing in the morning.


As you explore all of the opportunities before you, this allows you to grow into the best version of yourself.


We are constantly in a process of evolution, becoming more than what we were yesterday. We are growing, changing and improving.


Today, open your heart to the experiences that the universe brings your way with peace and trust. Know that the universe is always working behind the scenes for your highest good.
