Daily Affirmations: I love myself. I trust myself. I believe in myself. I forgive myself. I treat myself with love and compassion always. I am becoming the best version of myself.

Everything in your life starts with you. You are the creator of your thoughts, and therefore the creator of your reality.

So much of your life, you live inside your head. Thinking about and processing events that have happened, making judgements, making goals and plans.

The way you think about yourself matters. Your self-talk is what creates the way you show up in the world. This is what makes positive self-talk so important. It is what makes you who you are.

When you believe positive things about yourself, you are more likely to treat yourself in a kind and loving way. This allows you to trust and believe in yourself more, and to show up in an authentic way.

When you love and honor yourself, you set boundaries. You don't let others get away with treating you in an unkind way, because you know you deserve better. This allows you to walk away from relationships that aren't serving you any longer.

Forgive yourself for past mistakes, and know that you are becoming a stronger and more whole person now. You have learned and grown from those mistakes, and you will act differently in the future.

Each day, you are becoming more and more of the best version of yourself. Keep moving forward, believe in yourself, trust in your heart, and you will see a beautiful life unfolding before you.
