No matter what you are going through, look for the lesson. Look for the greater purpose. Hold a sense of mindfulness and gratitude.

This can help you to find pleasure in day to day things, to find a sense of peace and appreciation.

No matter what is happening, there is something to be grateful for. There are special moments in each day, no matter how bad.

We can't always choose our circumstances, but we can choose how to react. If you react with love and kindness, things will flow more easily in your life.

Trust the process, trust in your own unfolding, and know that with time you will see why things had to be exactly the way they are.
