Daily Affirmations: I accept myself as I am. I am lovable as I am. I am worthy as I am.

Learning to love and accept yourself as you are can be difficult at times, especially if you have mental health issues.

When there are voices around you telling you that you aren't enough, it can be difficult to silence them in your mind. The things people tell you can become the things you tell yourself.

Learning to separate yourself from these thoughts can take time. You have to realize that not everything other people tell you is true, it is simply their opinion.

This is why your opinion of yourself needs to be strong. So that you can hold onto a sense of your true self, no matter what others tell you.

You are worthy and lovable, just as you are. You are a good person, and you deserve good things in your life.

Hold onto these beliefs, and it will help you to become mentally strong. It helps you learn self-acceptance. This is the beginning of self love.

The more you believe in yourself, in you goodness, in your worth, the less other people's judgments will have an effect on you.

Release all the beliefs that no longer serve you. Then, choose a new belief that will serve your highest good. This is how you shape yourself into the person you were always meant to be.
