Daily Affirmations: I am a survivor. I will always find a way to move forward.


In life, things don't always go the way we want at first glance. However, in spite of any obstacle, it is possible to pull yourself up and survive.


It may not always be graceful at first, but you can pull yourself out of any bad situation, given enough time and resilience.


Finding your own inner strength, knowing that you are a survivor can set you on the path forward and out of difficult times.


Believing in yourself is key to surviving hardships. Know that no matter what comes your way, you are a match to it.


If you have been hurt by life's circumstances, take some time to cry, to mourn, to rest, and collect yourself.


Work on becoming the person that you want to be, so that you can build your inner strength and resilience.


Remember, you are a good person. You are worthy of love, respect, compassion and kindness. Then, give those things to yourself.


Build up your self image to a point where you feel like you can believe in yourself. Know that you are a match to any challenge that comes your way.


Think about all your skills and abilities, and how you can use them to build a better future. Become a lifetime learner, and take lessons from your failures. This will allow you to move forward.


Each day, do something good for yourself. Self-care helps you to be in a good mental space so you can better handle stressful situations.


Spending time in meditation, prayer, doing yoga or journaling helps you to build mental toughness, and connect back to spirit. This will help you find the way forward even when it isn't clear.
