Daily Affirmations



Daily Affirmations: I choose light. I choose oneness. I choose peace.


No matter what happens to you during the day, you have a choice about how to react. When you do so with intention, it is much easier to be peaceful, loving and kind.


Before you begin your day, it helps to take some time for self-care. Find something that allows you to become centered and peaceful.


Personally, I do yoga and affirmations first thing every morning. This way, I am fully in the present, and focused on having a positive mindset.


You could also meditate, journal, practice gratitude, mindfulness, or anything else that helps you to feel grounded.


When you are centered inside yourself, it helps you to connect to the love, light and oneness that lives within your heart. You are one with Life's heart, and connecting back is powerful.


The more peace, love, light and oneness you find within yourself, the more you will bring these qualities into the world as well. This can help you stay calm and focused in your interactions with others.
