You are your own guiding light. The light from within you illuminates your steps forward, as you walk along the path towards completing your goals.
Allow yourself to find a sense of purpose today, so that you can work on everything that needs to get done.
I always like to start the day with my self-care time, to do some yoga, journaling and gratitude. This allows me to be in a calm and clear head space to begin my day.
Taking time for yourself first thing is a great way to reconnect, and to find the inner strength you need to conquer any obstacle that may stand in your way.
