Daily Affirmations

Daily Affirmations: I choose oneness and peace. I am following my dreams. I focus clearly on the path ahead.

When you find a sense of oneness and peace within yourself, it allows you to be calm and focus on what is ahead.

Center yourself in the present moment through practices like meditation, mindfulness, yoga, journaling and gratitude. This allows you to be present in your body and your mind.

Being present allows you to focus on what needs to be done, instead of worrying about the future or the past. It is in the present moment that we truly create our lives.

The present is always now. It is this eternal moment which we inhabit. Becoming aware of ourselves in the present sets us free from worries and doubts.

This allows us to be more confident and measured in our actions. We aren't afraid of what will happen tomorrow. We aren't regretting what happened yesterday.

When we are centered and grounded this way, we can focus on the next steps in our path. We walk the way forward with calm and focus. We gain clarity.

As you gain clarity in the moment, it allows you to be the best, most truest, version of yourself. You release the chains that have shackled you. You are truly free.

When you are free, you can do anything. You no longer experience constraint or doubt. You no longer worry about the opinions of others. You blaze your trail without fear.
