Daily Affirmations: I take care of my body and my health. I take time to rest and refocus. I make self care a priority.

Your health is one of the greatest resources that you have in life. Taking care of your mental, physical and spiritual health allows you to be at your best.

What are you doing for self care today? It can be anything that makes you feel good about yourself.

In life, your health should be your highest priority. Being good health makes everything else that we need to do easier.

Good health behaviors can help to combat the toxic effects of stress. Knowing that you make yourself a priority can allow you to refocus your energy.

Taking time to turn inward can have many benefits. It lets you rest, relax, and feel like you have the mental energy for what you need to do.

You can use practices like mindfulness, meditation, yoga, journaling or gratitude. You can spend time in nature, with a pet, or with your friends.

Anything that makes you feel good about yourself, that helps you recharge, is a form of self care.

Take some time today to spend some time on yourself. Love yourself, pamper yourself, and take time to rest and do the things that feed your soul.
