Daily Affirmations



Daily Affirmations: I know my worth and my power. I treat myself with compassion and respect. I am firm in my boundaries.


Learning self love, self confidence and self compassion doesn't happen overnight. You learn to believe in yourself with time, as you learn to treat yourself better.


Making yourself a priority in your life is something that many of us have been taught is selfish. It isn't. It is a necessity.


The more you value yourself, and treat yourself with love and compassion, the more you remember that you are worthy, just as you are.


Once you learn to treat yourself as someone deserving of love and care, you raise your standards in the way you allow others to treat you. You stop tolerating disrespect.


Each time you assert a boundary about the way you will allow others to treat you, you grow stronger. You begin to have more confidence in yourself. You raise your standards.


As you go through this process, you learn to find strength from within, instead of the conditional approval of others. You take your power back.


Once you realize that all your worth and power comes from inside, you become unstoppable. This is what I wish for each of you today. ❤️
