Daily Affirmations: I am enough. I deserve happiness. I accept myself.


When you begin to change your mindset and start to think more positively about yourself, it can change your subconscious mind and your inner dialogue.


If you have had negative people in your life or struggled with low self-esteem, then beginning to accept yourself for the first time can be difficult.


Think of today's affirmations as your bill of rights. This is your starting place for finding self love and learning to treat yourself as you deserve.


You are always enough, and always deserve happiness. This isn't contingent on anything that you do. You are enough just because you exist. You deserve happiness because you are human.


Learning to accept yourself more fully can lead to huge changes in the way you think. Telling yourself this message multiple times a day can help to counteract a harsh inner critic.


When you say these affirmations, do it slowly. Listen to how your body feels. Allow this feeling of peace, happiness and love to fill you. Changing the way you feel can change the way you think.


As you say these affirmations again and again, you will come more and more to believe them to be true. When that happens, you become unstoppable.


Self love and self acceptance can be the beginning of a radical change in your life for the better.
