Daily Affirmations

Daily Affirmations: I am strong and resilient. I am capable of handling anything that comes my way.

Deep inside each one of us, there is a well of inner strength. Sometimes, it may feel as though the well has run dry. Then, we need to take time to rest and recharge.

Find your center. Find your balance.

Just like you seek balance through yoga, you can also seek balance within life itself.

Life isn't just one thing. It isn't all good or all bad; all beauty or all pain. It is a blending of all of them.

Remember the truth of the impermanence of life. Allow yourself to immerse yourself fully in the good moments with gratitude.

And when the dark times come, know the sun will shine again. For each sunset eventually gives birth to a new dawn. So it is with all of life.

We move through phases of light and darkness in a cycle that moves us always forward. We need to learn to accept the darkness just as we accept the day.

By developing resilience, you will be more able to face any challenge that comes your way with grace and patience, knowing you will over come this situation as you have others in the past.

No matter what you feel you have lost, or what pain you have endured, healing is possible. While you are in a healing phase, take good care of yourself as you would a little child.

Show yourself love and compassion. Do things that are good for your soul. In this way, you will be able to develop greater resilience and be better able to heal from the things that hurt you.
