When we become calm and focused, we can take more control of our lives. We do this by taking control of ourselves and our feelings.
How we choose to react to things determines how our lives are going to be. We have to find ways to be in control of ourselves.
We can do this by leaning self-control and self-acceptance. We need to learn to accept all parts of ourselves, even the parts that we don't like.
This means accepting our shadow self and integrating it with our light. Our shadow has lessons for us to learn about ourselves too.
We are light and darkness all rolled together in one. This means, we need to accept everything about ourselves in order to feel at peace.
