Daily positive affirmations. On days I feel empty, I fill my own cup.
When you are feeling tired or down, it is important to take time to fill your cup.
Take time for rest and self-care. This can allow you to replenish your energy and to get feeling back to your usual self.
When you do this more and more, you will have less of those days where you feel empty. Make it a practice of filling your cup on a daily basis.
Today I hope that you can take some time to do something that feels good for you. Work on your health and your mindset.
Read a good book, take a long hot bath, drink some warm tea, do a meditation, do some journaling or yoga. These are just a few examples of self-care.
You can also just take a nap if that is what your body is telling you that you need. It isn't lazy or selfish, it can often be much needed.
