Finding a sense of calm can look different for each of us. It can take work and effort.
We can overcome our fears and find inner calm and peace. This allows us to be more purposeful.
Some ways to do this are through meditation, yoga, mindfulness, journaling or going to therapy.
Sometimes we need to reach out to other people in our lives for help. We need to talk through our problems with them to find a sense of calm again.
Once we are calm, it better allows us to focus on what is really important in life, and on moving forward.
