Daily Positive Affirmations. I am calm, peaceful and relaxed.
This morning, I started the day with a gentle yin-style yoga to relax and unwind. Sundays are a good day to rest and recharge before a busy week ahead. I have jumped on the #selfcaresunday bandwagon and always make time for extra rest and self care.
This way I can make sure that I am calm and centered before I start a new week. Finding space for peace and quiet is so rejuvenating. Especially with kids. That is why I always get up earlier than my daughter, so I have this quiet space in the morning to get mentally prepared for the day.
