Sometimes, we aren't feeling at our best, either physically or emotionally. We need to give ourselves grace, and allow ourselves to feel all of our feelings.
Feeling your feelings allows you to move through them and let them pass without attaching to them. Most feelings do pass with time and grace.
If you are kind to yourself, that means not beating yourself up for not being at your best all the time. We all have down days.
Allowing the feelings to pass will help you start to feel more loving towards yourself, and to move into a more positive space.
Having acceptance for all parts of yourself can be healing. We all have light and shadow within us. Embracing the shadow and showing love can help us be more whole people.
