Daily Positive Affirmations. I am stronger than my fear.
Some days, we wake up with a surge of stress and fear, thinking about a daunting amount of things that need to be done. The sheer volume and weight of what needs to be done can feel overwhelming.
Finding our center, our focus, our inner strength is a great way to overcome our fears.
Every morning I get up and do yoga and journal to center myself. It helps me to feel at peace even though I know that there are so many things that I need to do during the day.
Remembering that I am a strong person helps me get through the day and do difficult things. I know that I am stronger than my fear. So are you my friends.
You are strong and brave. You can conquer your fears. Being brave means to persist even though you are afraid. We are all afraid sometimes. We can still find that inner strength to keep going.
