Affirmations help us state our intentions.

Daily Positive Affirmations. I adapt to change easily.

When we say affirmations, we set forth our intentions into the ether. We aim to be our best selves by saying the things that we want to be.

My life is in a constant state of change these days. Can any of you relate? Most of us are creatures of routine and habit, and making changes takes conscious effort.

Being adaptable to change means that we allow ourselves to be open to whatever comes into our lives. It means we have acceptance of the changes that are coming.

Most of us fear change. However, to have all the things that we dream of in life, change is necessary.

In nature, change is constant. The seasons change. Leaves fall in winter, the snow comes, then spring arrives again bringing new growth of green and color. The length of the days changes, the moon, sun and stars are in constant motion.

When we think that we can stay still, unchanging, this is really an illusion. Even our bodies are in constant change. First, growing up, then later growing older.

Both our inner and outer worlds are in constant change. Acknowledging and accepting this is important for our growth.

I wish you ease in adapting to change my lovelies. For it is only through change that we can become our best selves.

Daily Positive Affirmations. I accept my circumstances.

A lot of our pain and suffering in life comes from being unwilling to accept situations and people as they are.

“Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.”

We can't change everything. That is a simple fact. By having acceptance of where we are today, we can find a measure of peace. When we allow things to be as they are, when we accept our circumstances, we allow ourselves to stop fighting against things that are immovable.

It takes a discerning mind to know what can be changed, and what can't. The more we learn to practice this type of discernment, the easier our lives will become.

I wish you a blessed day my lovelies, today and always.
