Daily positive affirmations. I allow myself to rest.
Most of our lives are constant motion. Taking time for rest is just as important as working towards our goals. Rest allows us to replenish ourselves, mind, body and spirit.
Do something good for yourself today! Take some time for yoga, to read a good book, or something else that is just for you.
This morning I started the day with slow, gentle yoga. It is something that I do for myself to replenish my energy and to feel better about the day.
In our busy lives, it is important to take time to slow down from time to time. Otherwise, we can get exhausted and burnt out.
