Daily positive affirmations. I take care of my body and my health.

Taking care of our health is so important, as health deeply effects the quality of life that we experience. It is important to exercise, eat well, and get plenty of sleep each night. All of those things can help us feel so much better every day.

Sometimes, when we start to get stressed or run down, we start neglecting our health. I know personally when I am under stress, I eat more sweets. This only makes me start to feel worse in the long run. Maintaining our health is even more important in times of stress, because we will already have a lowered immune response.

It may seem difficult to get motivated to maintain our health under times of stress, so it is important to get into good health habits when things are going well. When we are in the habit of doing something every day, then it is easier to maintain the habit under stress.

Also, make sure you take your vitamins in stressful times. Extra vitamin C and other immune boosters can be very important. We are more likely to get sick when we are stressed out, as stress causes a lower immune response. Getting extra sleep during these times is important too.

Daily positive affirmations. I am strong and brave.

Having inner strength can make a huge difference in our motivation. Strength can come from perseverance and bravery.

Bravery doesn't mean that we are never afraid. It means, that we can keep going even when we are afraid. There is the saying that goes around, "Do the thing that scares you."

I have anxiety so I am afraid a lot of the time. Does that mean I never do anything? No, I still do things. I do things even though I am afraid. So, that makes me brave.

Do you do things even though you are afraid to do them? This makes you brave too!
