Daily positive affirmations. I am energized and excited for my day.
Starting the day with energy and excitement can prepare us to take on whatever needs to be done.
Personally, to get energized for the day I get up and do some yoga. There are many other things you can do too to get energized, like meditation, journaling, or going for a run.
Taking time for self-care first thing in the morning is a great way to create energy. Saying affirmations can be part of that. Affirmations help you start the day with a positive mindset.
Doing something that you love first thing in the morning can make you feel better all day long.
Always take care of yourself first. You are your own most important responsibility. For many of us who are caregivers, we have a tendency to put ourselves last, and that can often leave us feeling depleted.
Doing something that is good for yourself isn't selfish at all, it is completely necessary.
