You won't wake up feeling motivated every day, I know that I don't. So it is important to be patient and kind with yourself. Give yourself a break.
Sometimes, we need to slow down our hustle and take some time to rest.
Being patient with yourself is knowing that you can accomplish your goals, but you can still take breaks when you need them. You don't want to burn out.
When you are having a day that you don't feel motivated, show yourself some kindness and love. Take some time for self-care. That way, you can rejuvenate yourself.
After you take a day to rest, then tomorrow you will wake up feeling refreshed and more motivated to get back to your goals.
