Daily Positive Affirmations. Good things happen to me. I am creating the life of my dreams.


Life is what you make of it. You choose your life by choosing what to focus on.


When you focus on the good in your life, it has a way of multiplying.


You can focus on the good by saying your daily affirmations, having a gratitude practice, and by doing positive meditations, among other things.


The more you focus on gratitude and good things in your life, the more you appreciate what you already have, and the more it attracts good into your life.


We can focus our energy on positive things and people that are in our lives, or we can focus on negativity. It has little to do with our actual situation and more to do with our mindset.


The more you can create a positive mindset, the happier your life is going to be.


Happiness, peace and gratitude allow us to feel present and centered in the now. We aren't thinking about the past or the future, but instead enjoying the present moment fully.


This helps to banish our worries and our fears. When we worry and fear, we are thinking about the past or the future. We are off center.


The more you can be present in the moment, the happier you will become.


This has to do with the principles of Mindfulness. When we are mindful, we are fully immersed in the moment, appreciating the beauty all around us.


Mindfulness is also non-judgement. We release the ideas of our thoughts as good or bad, and stop attaching to them.


You are not your thoughts, you are the watcher of your thoughts. The more you can create space between yourself and your thoughts, the more you realize you have the power to change them.


It is our thoughts that create our reality. When we focus on positive thoughts and release the negative thoughts, our life will become more positive, happy and peaceful.
