When you are calm, centered and rested, it allows your life to flow peacefully. Living in a flow state lets you tap into your creativity and do things like art, music or writing.
Take some time to rest and recharge your batteries today, before you go back into a flurry of activity tomorrow with the new week.
Do something that helps you find that calm center within yourself. Take time for self-care. This can be in the form of pampering, taking a nap, doing yoga, having a journal session, or doing a hobby that you love.
Taking time for yourself is so important. Making time to rest and recharge every week is what your #selfcaresunday should be all about.
