Daily Positive Affirmations. I am gentle with myself. I am patient with myself.
Sometimes, we are under the weather or otherwise not feeling our best. We may want to push through and keep going at top speed anyway.
However, if we want to start feeling better, it is important to take time to rest instead. It is ok to be patient and gentle with yourself.
Give yourself time to heal and feel better before you jump back up to moving full speed ahead.
I have had a few sick days, and have been taking some time to recuperate.
It is important at times like this to be patient and gentle with myself, and to realize that I am not at my usual capacity. I need to take a little break from working at everything.
Sometimes we all feel this way, and need to take a break. It is important not to beat yourself up about it. Otherwise, you aren't really resting, you are just stressing yourself out.
When you are stressed, it takes your body longer to heal. That is why it is so important to be gentle and patient with yourself, so that you can get better more easily.
Be well today, my lovelies. And remember, if you are feeling sick, stressed or otherwise not at your best, it is important to be gentle and patient with yourself too.
