Daily Positive Affirmations. I am patient with difficult situations. I handle difficult people with grace and patience.


In life, things aren't always perfect. Even when we get into the flow of things ourselves and learn to react to situations with kindness, there will still be challenges.


If we are dealing with a difficult situation or difficult person, it is important to extend them grace and patience. This allows us to learn their full story instead of making a snap judgement.


A lot of times, people are difficult because they are struggling. When people get upset, a lot of times it is about them, not about us. That is important to keep in mind.


Even if someone comes across as being hostile, we can still react to them in a calm and patient way. We can still treat them with kindness.


That is how we pay kindness forward in the world. It is easy to be kind to people who treat us the same way.


But the difficult people who treat us with anger or disregard are the people who need our kindness the most.


It is ok to set firm boundaries with people, but this can be done in a calm and gentle way.


If someone violates a boundary, it is ok to tell them so, and to leave the situation. However, this can be done calmly and without getting upset ourselves.


The way we react to difficult people matters. We can make a situation better, or we can make it worse. Working towards a peaceful solution is usually the best option in the long run.
