In life, having acceptance of ourselves and our experience is crucial. When we lack acceptance, we are fighting an uphill battle against ourselves and our own nature.
Learning to have acceptance of our feelings, flaws and limitations helps us come into alignment with ourselves.
The more you can accept yourself, the more you love yourself also. Acceptance is a radical act of self-love.
There are things in life that we can change, but some things we can't.
For example, I have mental health issues. I have learned to accept that about myself, and treat myself with love in spite of my faults.
The more you can accept yourself, the easier your life will become. You don't waste energy fighting against yourself.
As we learn to accept situations beyond our control, it helps to cultivate a sense of inner peace. We can't change everything.
Knowing what you can change and what you can't is an act of wisdom and discernment. It helps us to broaden our perspective on life.
When you learn to accept yourself fully, it will help you to have more self-love and a sense of inner peace. It makes all of the anger and self-blame melt away.
Sometimes we react emotionally in different ways, and that is ok. Our emotions are a part of us. We shouldn't feel guilty for feeling our feelings. We can allow them, accept them, and move through them.
The more we accept ourselves and our lives, the more peaceful our lives become.
