Daily Positive Affirmations 7.24.22


Daily Positive Affirmations. I am filled with hope. I am stronger than my circumstances.


Even in the darkest of times, we can find inner strength through hope. When there is a well of hope inside us, we can look inward and know that we are a match for our circumstances.


I know quite well that life isn't always easy. I don't want to spread what people are calling now, 'toxic positivity.'


I have been through the darkness before in my own life, and the only way I kept going was through that fragile hope inside that refused to go away that things could get better.


Things don't always get better quickly either. It takes time, hard work and dedication to fix your life.


You have to do more than pray or rely on the law of attraction to manifest solutions.


In addition to practices to shift your mindset to be more positive, you have to do the hard work in the outer world too.


Our lives are a unique blend of our inner experience and our outer experience. I have found that when we improve one, we can improve the other as well. Everything in our lives is interconnected.


Your feelings and your mindset is one part of your experience, and when you work on improving those, then it gives you strength to improve things happening in the outer world.


We can work on both at the same time. Mindset and life. They work together. It is easier to have a good mindset too, when you have an easier life.


It comes down to balancing actions in both areas, prioritizing rest and self-care, as well as goal setting and taking steps to bettering our lives.


In all things, balance. The more balance we create in our lives, the happier that we are going to be.
