Daily Positive Affirmations. I choose kindness. I choose love. I live from a place of peace.
Sometimes, choosing kindness and love can be difficult. We experience emotions that are very unloving and we get caught up there.
When this happens, we need to remember that there is a well of inner peace inside us that we can return to.
Peace is always within us. It is our true inner nature.
When we connect with that sense of peace, then our equilibrium returns. We can focus again on doing things the right way.
Love can freely flow again from that sense of peace, and we can react to others with kindness and patience.
If it seems difficult to find peace, you can connect to your inner peace through your breath. Focus inward on yourself, and get centered.
This can be done with deep breathing, meditation, yoga, journaling, or other similar practices.
Every day, it is helpful to start the day with a practice that helps you get centered in a feeling of inner peace. That way, you can react to situations at your best throughout the day.
We all struggle sometimes, and it is easy to get caught up in feelings of anger, sadness and fear.
When you experience this, come back to the breath, come back to your true self, and that sense of inner peace.
Then, you will be back to your best self, and you can react to life in a better and more calm way.
