Each day, I wake up grateful for my peaceful morning. I do yoga, then I do affirmations. It helps me to feel calm and centered.

The smile of a child is beautiful. I find joy when my child laughs. That is pure joy. Children have that pureness in their hearts that we have forgotten, and they can teach us so much about appreciating life.
When we find moments of stillness, or moments of joy, we can find gratitude inside ourselves.
Open your heart to that gratitude, and let it fill you. It will make your heart so much happier and more open.
Let love and joy fill you. When you find those moments of pure joy, hold onto them in your mind. Let it carry you through the difficult times.
Every day, there is something to be grateful for. If you start and end your day with gratitude, you will realize how happy and full your life really is.

A nice cup of hot coffee, a beautiful sunrise. Your kids, your partner, your pets. All of these can bring you joy.
