Using daily affirmations each morning is a great way to help yourself create a positive mindset.
When you say affirmations, it helps to counteract our mind's negative bias, and reprogram our brains for happiness.
Humans naturally have a negative mental bias, because our ancestors needed it for survival. Unfortunately, this constant negative thinking doesn't serve us well in the modern world.
Every day, I post affirmations with the reason I feel each affirmation is valuable. I choose affirmations based on the issues that I am dealing with day to day.
For example, if I am thinking to myself that I am tired, I will say something like, "I am awake and energized for the day." You can make up your own affirmations to counteract your negative thoughts, and follow my blog for more daily affirmations.
Below is a list of all of my affirmation posts from April 2022, so that you can refer back to them as needed.
