Affirmations are a powerful tool that you can use to create a more positive mindset. They help to counteract our mental negative bias, so that we can have more positive thinking.
I have been using daily affirmations since I was in grade school, because we had a Positive Action class that taught us to think and act more positive (hey, it was the 80's). This is something that has been helpful for me throughout my lifetime.
