Every night before I go to sleep, I take some time to meditate on my intentions for myself and my life. I listen to OM chants, or say them softly to myself.
Then, I say all the things that I want for myself and my life. I repeat to myself:
I am strong.
I am brave
I am wise.
I repeat each one to myself several times, so that these thoughts will sink into my unconscious mind as I go to sleep.
Then, I say all the things that I want my life to be. These can be things that I want for myself, the people in my life, or for the world.
I repeat each of these intentions, or goals I am working on, several times as well.
This way, I will be thinking positively when I go to sleep. It helps me to sleep better, and to wake up feeling peaceful and positive in the morning too.
Meditation is something that you can easily fit into your day, it just takes a few minutes. And, it can greatly improve your life and your mindset.
