You can't be all work and no play and stay healthy. We all need time to rest and recharge our batteries too.
We need to take time for ourselves in a balanced way. That means taking time for our health and wellness in a well rounded way.
We can take care of ourselves mind, body and spirit. This allows us to be able to grow and thrive. If one area is neglected then we are going to feel out of balance.
Creating balance in our lives allows us to feel more peaceful, calm and rested.
