Sunday Affirmations

Sunday Affirmations: I honor my today and my health. I take time for rest and self-care.

Take some time to tune in to your body and its needs. Your body will let you know how to best care for yourself if you take time to slow down and listen.

From a cup of warm tea before bed, to some yoga and gentle stretching, or staying in bed an hour longer, you will be able to intuitively feel what is right for you.

Take some time on this lazy Sunday to tune in and see what your body is telling you.

I have been sick this last week, and spending some extra time resting, and drinking lemon tea. It isn't fun to be out of commission, but it is important to take time to rest. It is easy to get run down this time of year.

There are more viruses in the air in winter, especially if you have kids bringing them home. So make sure you are taking care of your health and taking your vitamins. Extra vitamin C is important during the winter. And vitamin D because you are missing out on sunlight.

The more busy your schedule, and the more you have on your plate, the more important it is to take time for rest. Care for your health to better manage your stress level.

The better you take care of your body, the better your body will take care of you.
