Daily Affirmations



Daily Affirmations: I accept the changes in my life. I am prepared for the future. I release the past.


Just like nature, our life moves in cycles. The cold snow of winter gives way to spring flowers, and new life grows.


Even if you have been in a difficult and dark time in life, the sun will shine again. You will be able to rebuild from the ashes of the past.


Nothing lasts forever. This goes for both the good and the bad.


Often, we are either trying to hold onto the good times and make them last, or to run from the dark times. We spend so little time living in the present, our thoughts are always in the past or the future.


When you bring your thoughts fully into the present moment, you can find the peace and joy that you seek. Mindfulness has a powerful ability to transform you and your thinking.


You can practice being mindful by sitting outside and feeling the wind on your face, soaking in the sunshine or the rain.


Whatever is happening, if you allow yourself to be with it fully, you will find a sense of calm that allows you to release what is no longer needed.


Take one step at a time. Feel it fully. Celebrate your progress. Enjoy where you are. There will never be a moment just like this again.
