Daily Affirmations: I have hope for the future. I can make a positive impact.


When life gets you down, or you start thinking negative thoughts about your situation, it can be easy to lost hope.


If that happens for you, it is important to find simple ways to shift your mindset back towards the positive.


You can do that through journaling, mindfulness, meditation, yoga or a gratitude practice.


Be sure to take time for extra self-care if you are feeling down and hopeless. Find someone to talk things through with, like a therapist or coach.


Talking a situation through can help you find new ways of thinking about things, and a new and more positive perspective on things.


Think about small ways that you can make a positive impact every day. This can be as simple as a smile at a stranger, or a kind word to someone that you see.


Be kind and gentle with yourself first, and you will have more energy to be kind to others as well. Kindness multiplies.


The more we can show kindness in our daily lives, the more hope we find for ourselves, and the more positive the impact that we make in the world.
