Each day, as we align ourselves with the universe, we come more and more into alignment with our highest good. This is how we step into our highest timeline and become the best version of ourselves.
When we live our lives in alignment with the universe, we live in our purpose. This allows us to spread hope and love to everyone with whom we come in contact.
A grateful and loving heart is capable of spreading so much light in the world. As we move through our days, that light shines onto others and inspires them to be their best as well. This can create a tremendous amount of hope in the world.
Spreading hope shows others that a good life is possible, and that we can achieve it by aligning more with who we truly are inside.
This can be done through a variety of meditative practices. Each day, you can meditate, practice mindfulness, do yoga, journal or practice gratitude. All of these beautiful practices allow you to go deep into the core of yourself.
The deeper you go within yourself, the more you realize that the center of your being is pure love and pure light. Coming in touch with this part of yourself is a transformative experience.
The more you allow yourself to go within, to center yourself, the more light you will be able to shine into the world.
