Release all of the negative feelings towards yourself. You can do this through meditation or journaling. Get it all out of you.
This way, you aren't hanging onto negativity. Take some time to rest, then try something new. You can use a different strategy to complete your goals this time around.
Failure is just a step. It isn't your constant state of being. Stop judging yourself so harshly when you fall. Give yourself love instead. This can allow you to heal and move on.
Remember, you are a bright shining light being worthy of all love and all goodness. And you give yourself those things before anyone else does.
