There is beautiful healing in love. Self-love especially, because it comes from within you instead of relying on others to meet your needs.

Learning how to meet your own needs is powerful, because it makes you stronger and more self-sufficient.

Having love and compassion for yourself means being gentle with yourself, and accepting all parts of yourself. As you learn to accept all the parts of you, even the ones you don't like, you begin to feel more whole.

Compassion creates a beautiful sense of wholeness, and oneness with all of creation on this world. It helps you become one with yourself, and with the universe.

The more in tune you can be with the flow of compassion, the easier your life will be each day.
