If yoga isn't your thing, you can do another aerobic program with body weight exercises, you can walk or bike, or go to the gym.
Whatever you decide to do, increasing your fitness level will go a long way toward creating a healthier and happier lifestyle.
Happiness comes more easily when you are taking care of your health. You don't feel tired all the time, which can lead to being irritable and groggy.
In addition to exercise, getting proper nutrition and proper sleep is important too. All of these things work together to keep your body running well.
