Energy from the Universe

We are all part of the energy of the universe, but many times we forget that. For entire lifetimes even. We live as though we are asleep. Fighting for energy from each other here on Earth, instead of taking energy from the Cosmos.

I have been rereading the Celestine Prophecy lately, and relearning how to receive energy from the Universe again. It can be done through chakra meditation, or in everyday life once you get used to it.

Chakra meditation

Personally I like to do a chakra meditation to make sure that all of my chakras are spinning first and don’t feel blocked. You can do this by entering a meditation and focusing on each and their color in turn.

According to The Yoga Nomads, the chakra colors are:

  • Root Chakra (Muladhara) — Red

  • Sacral Chakra ((Svadhishthana) — Orange

  • Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) — Yellow

  • Heart Chakra (Anahata) — Green

  • Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) — Blue

  • Third Eye Chakra (Ajna) — Indigo

  • Crown Chakra (Sahasrara) — Violet

When you do the chakra meditation, you can picture each one as a spiral of energy that spins round and round. Then, you can picture the colored light passing through the center of your body, through the spinning energy. Sort of like a tornado or a whirlpool.

Notice if they seem to spin easily, or if it is difficult. If there seems to be a difficulty, then you will need to hold onto that color longer. You can also picture a blockage being cleared away.

There is also another chakra above your head that is called the soul star, and it is a pale blue (for me. It can appear like a bright light, or as a different color for different people.). This is the chakra of your intuition and higher self, as well as your past lives.

When you clear your other chakras during your meditation, you will want to work with this one as well. You can picture it being about 8 feet above your head. This is at the edge of your aura.

Drawing in Energy

Once you have completed your chakra meditation, you can begin to draw in energy from the universe. You can do this by picturing a very pale blue, glowing light pouring into your body through your soul star chakra. You can picture the light filling up your whole body, down through your head, and up through your feet from the ground.

I only recently realized that you have to take energy equally from the ground and the sky, otherwise you will feel wildly out of balance and not be able to maintain the level of energy within your body that comes from your soul star. I never pulled the ground energy before, and using it felt like a revelation!

Once you have pulled in this energy from the universe you can finish your meditation and feel revived and rejuvenated.

I hope this meditation will help you, for those of you who haven’t done a meditation like this before. Let me know in the comments if you try it, and how it works out for you!

Have a bright and blessed day today, my lovelies!
