Using the Law Of Attraction to Shift Your Mindset

You have probably seen memes like this circulating on Instagram for years.

For a while, I would see them and keep scrolling. A few months ago, I saw the movie “the Secret” on Netflix, which is loosely based on the ideas of the Law of Attraction.

Then, I asked myself if there might be something to it.

Yep, I am easily influenced by movies.

Around the same time, one of these Law of Attraction accounts contacted me on Instagram about downloading some meditation recordings. So, I decided to give it a try.

I figured, worst case scenario, I had been looking to get back into doing meditation and this would be a good opportunity.

What is the Law of Attraction?

The Law of Attraction is a metaphysical principle that says that what you think about, is what you attract into your life.

It is supposed to help you think more positively so that you can Manifest the life of your dreams.

The Law of Attraction website explains it like this:

If you’ve ever wondered what does the Law of Attraction mean, it’s because it can be considered as one of life’s biggest mysteries. Very few people are fully aware of how much of an impact the Law of Attraction has on their day-to-day life. Whether we are doing it knowingly or unknowingly, every second of our existence, we are acting as human magnets sending out our thoughts and emotions and attracting back more of what we have put out. Unfortunately, so many of us are still blind to the potential that is locked deep within us. Consequently, it is all too easy to leave your thoughts and emotions unchecked. This sends out the wrong thoughts and attracts more unwanted emotions and events into your life. Having said this, discovering that the Law of Attraction is at work within your life should be a great cause for celebration! Especially when you see the signs something big is about to happen in your life. Once the power of attraction has been understood by you it is no longer secret. Plus, you have learned how to effectively apply these to your everyday life, your entire future is yours to create.

These ideas have not been scientifically validated, but many people do believe that they work.

Personally, I have started using the Law of Attraction meditations in order to figure out how to plan my move to Germany. Since we have gotten here, everything is going well, so I suppose that the meditations are working for me.

Also, I noticed that when I listened to the recordings right before going to bed, they helped me to to sleep more easily. There was very calming music in the background, so I found it helpful.

How Do You Use the Law of Attraction?

You can do what I did and download Law of Attraction meditation recordings, or you can use all the affirmations you will find by following Law of Attraction Instagram accounts to make your own meditations. According to Very Well Mind,

According to the law of attraction, you create your own reality. What you focus on is what you draw into your life. It suggests that what you believe will happen in your life is what does happen. Some things that you can do to incorporate the law of attraction into your own life include: Be grateful Visualize your goals Look for the positives in a situation Learn how to identify negative thinking Use positive affirmations Reframe negative events in a more positive way While the law of attraction may not be an immediate solution for all of life’s challenges, it can help you learn to cultivate a more optimistic outlook on life. It may also help you stay motivated to continue working toward your goals.

The power of positive thinking on your life is amazing. It helps you create a more positive mindset by focusing more of your attention on the things you want, instead of things that you don’t want.

You can look for Law of Attraction affirmations focused on money, love, success and more.

All of them will help you to focus on your goals, and focus on creating a more positive mindset.

The meditation series that I used is from the BioEnergy Code. It is a bit pricey, so I wouldn’t recommend downloading all of them. I just got the basic meditations and the meditations for your finances, as that is what I was struggling with at the time.
