Daily Positive Affirmations. I am awake and alive in a beautiful world.


When we take time to slowly and mindfully look around us, it is easy to see the beauty in the world. There is beauty in nature, in the people around us, and in all that we experience.


Waking up with a positive mindset can help the rest of your day flow so much easier. Saying affirmations is a great way to help create that positivity. So is mindful presence. Both allow us to see ourselves and everything around us as beautiful.
