Life isn't always going to be easy, and things are bound to go wrong sometimes. Your quality of life will depend on how well you cope in these situations.

Inner strength and resilience are both qualities that you can build within yourself.

They both come from having trust and confidence in yourself, and your ability to handle mistakes.

The more confident you are in yourself, the stronger and more resilient that you will become.

It also has to do with how you view mistakes. They are inevitable in life, so make sure that you aren't blaming yourself too much, or beating yourself up over them.

Instead, be solutions oriented. Focus on what you can do to move forward, instead of staying stuck on blame.

This will allow you to solve problems more quickly, which in turn will build your self confidence, inner strength and resilience.
