Daily Positive Affirmations. I am successful.
Affirmations are a powerful tool that we can use to create a positive mindset. When we start the day off thinking positively, it can help us have an attitude that allows us to succeed in the tasks that we take on. When we believe that we will be successful, it helps us to be more persistent.
When we do succeed at something, it can help us feel even more positive. This creates a positive feedback loop. The better we feel, the harder we are willing to try at the next task.
In order to make our successes feel meaningful, it is important to celebrate our wins. This can be as simple as buying ourselves a nice coffee after we finish our to-do list. Or, if we succeed at a more difficult task like getting a college degree, then we can have a party with all of our friends.
Shifting our focus from our failures to our successes can help us maintain a more positive outlook overall. So remember, when something goes well, do something good for yourself!
