The more we care for our bodies, the better our bodies will care for us.
Maintaining our health is so important, because if you are sick, that is all you can think about. This becomes even more important if we are stressed. I always tell my daughter to take extra vitamins and get more sleep when she is extra busy. This way, you can be sure that you aren't going to get sick because of stress.
As we age, the needs of our bodies will change as well. It is important to maintain a healthy diet, exercise routine, and to get rest when we need it. All of these things contribute to improving our overall health.
When you are feeling your best physically, it improves your mental health as well. The better you feel, the happier you are likely to be.
Take some time to rest and recharge today before you start the new week. Or go and do something outdoors, like a hike or bike ride. Anything that helps you feel good about yourself and your body. That way, you can go into the week feeling rested and ready for whatever comes.
